Romaji:

Te wo tsunagou yo soshite utaou
Saa kao agete ikunda
Ano hi no kimi no namida wo
KOKORO kizande iru yo

Setsunakute tada kurushikute
Tama ni tachidomaru kedo mae wo muite
Mata fumidashite
Hatenaku tsudzuku mirai e no kiseki

Somewhere sometimes
Kono hoshi suu oku no hikari ga afureteiru
Soundalike sunshine
Kono basho koko ni iru kiseki wo dakishimete irunda

Waraiaou yo soshite hanasou
Saa ippozutsu aruku
Kanashii toki mo aru kedo
Hitori janai yo hora ne

Ikiteiku tada sore dake de
Tsurai toki mo aru kedo koe wo agete
Tada naku koto mo
Hitsuyou datte oshiete ageru yo

Somewhere sometimes
Sekai ni ikutsumo no ai ga umareteiru
Soundalike sunshine
Kono hiroi sekai de KIMI to deaeta kiseki ga ureshii

Sora ni wa kiseki wo egaku
Hoshi no haruka kanata mukou

Soundless sunrise
Tada utau bokura ni wa nani mo wakaranai keredomo
Somewhere sometimes
Kono hoshi suu oku no hikari ga afureteiru
Soundalike sunshine
Kono basho koko ni iru kiseki wo dakishimete irunda

English:

Let’s join hands and sing
Come on, raise your head and proceed
Your tears from that day
Are engraved in my heart

It’s cruel and simply painful
Although you occasionally stand still, look ahead
Once again take a step forward
Tire tracks continue endlessly to the future

Somewhere, sometimes
Several hundred million lights are overflowing from this star
Soundalike, sunshine
I am embracing the miracle of being here in this place

Let’s laugh and speak together
Come on, walk one step at a time
Although there are also sad times
You are not alone, see?

Just simply living
Although there are also painful times, raise your voice
Merely crying
Is also necessary, I will teach you

Somewhere, sometimes
A lot of love is being born in the world
Soundalike, sunshine
I’m happy that I had miracle of meeting you in this wide world

Draw in the sky the path we have taken
To the opposite side of the far-off distant stars

Soundless, sunrise
Simply sing, even though we don’t know anything
Somewhere, sometimes
Several hundred million lights are overflowing from this star
Soundalike, sunshine
I am embracing the miracle of being here in this place

* Just a note, the word pronounced ‘kiseki’ can mean either a mircle, tire tracks, or the path one has taken, depending on the kanji used. But because in the title of the song ‘kiseki’ is in katakana (with no kanji), the title can either mean ‘Our miracle’, ‘Our tire tracks’, or ‘The path we have taken’.
